Cass Zangwill

Cass Zangwill (she/her/he/him) is a bisexual genderfluid Jewish person born and raised in Broward County, FL. She received her high school diploma from J.P. Taravella High School in Coral Springs in 2020. In May 2024, she will graduate from Nova Southeastern University with a B.S. in Biology, a minor in Studio Art, and a concentration in Pre-Health Studies.
After graduation, Cass plans to attend NSU’s College of Psychology in pursuit of a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She dreams of working as a Gender and Sexuality Therapist for teens and young adults with a mission to serve and support her community. She has been an active member of the South Florida LQBTQ+ community for the last 10 years, actively fighting for Queer justice through protest, advocacy, and petitioning. This is her first year in AQUA and she is proud to be a part of such a powerful group of LGBTQ students and leaders. Cass looks forward to returning as an AQUA scholar to represent NSU during her graduate education.
