“First Lady” Kendra Hayes

A resident of South Florida for the past 25 years, migrating from her hometown Panama City, Florida, Kendra Hayes, Vice Chairwoman of the EHE Broward County, has been recently elected to the S.O.C system of care for the Broward Regional Planning Council. 

Hayes also serves on the Advisory Council of Transinclusive Group, as the media director of the AHF Affinity Group Flux, and as a peer activist for Broward House of South Florida. Known wildly in the community as First Lady Kendra, Hayes’ background is in broadcasting from City College but her path has led her to be a vital part of the LGBTQ+ community speaking out against injustice and advocating for equality, particularly for the Transgender Community.
